Operations & Retail Assistant

We are hiring !Operation & retail assistant : Vientiane ResponsibilitiesSupervise and motivate a team of 15–20 artisans and staff.Oversee daily workshop operations and production flow.Manage showroom sales, welcome clients, and present the brand.Coordinate communication with Bangkok and Luang Prabang teams.Handle recruitment, attendance, and staff follow-up.Monitor inventory, materials, and order fulfillment.Ensure quality, deadlines, and smooth workflow.Report regularly to management and support brand activities. Requirements & SkillsProven experience in team management or operations.Excellent communication in Lao & English (French a plus).Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented.Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and basic computer tools.Interest in design, craft, or retail industry.Bachelor’s degree preferred.
