Job Description
Job Duties/Scope Of WorkCollaborate and support Hanford site contractors on IT source requirement document loading and maintenance.Prepare and import IT source requirement documents and implementing mechanisms from various sources to the Requirements Management System (RMS) environment following specific formatting guidelines.Maintain work list for loading IT requirement documents, including changes, for incorporation to the RMS.Report the status on document uploads, including notifying other Hanford contractors when completed.Chair the site IT Policy governance board.Basic QualificationsBA/BS degree, plus 5 years' experience -OR- equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience with IBM Rational DOORS Next® or similar software application.Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office products.Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills including effective written, verbal, and listening.Ability to obtain and maintain a Personal Identity Verification (PIV) Credential badge.Desired QualificationsDegree in Information Systems, Public Administration, or related discipline.3 - 5 years of experience requirements management in a federal or DOE environment.Familiarity with NIST, FISMA, and DOE cybersecurity directives.Experience with Hanford Site IT systems and stakeholder engagementExperience with facilitating boards and/or committees.Compensation & BenefitsGrade 16: $88,200 - $111,100Grade 17: $96,938 - $122,113Grade 18: $106,663 - $134,588HMIS offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical/dental/vision, short-and long-term disability, life insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
