Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for an Operations Team Lead, based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. The Operations Team Lead will oversee daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company standards. Responsibilities include managing team performance, monitoring operational processes, driving efficiency, and resolving issues as they arise. The role also involves reporting key metrics, analyzing data, and fostering effective communication within the team. Qualifications Strong Operations Management and Analytical Skills to ensure efficiency and effective decision-making.Proven People Management and Communication abilities to lead and collaborate with diverse teams.Focus on Customer Satisfaction with a commitment to delivering outstanding service and experiences.Proficient organizational and time management skills to allocate priorities effectively.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.Experience in the luxury retail or travel retail industry is a plus.
