Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Team Member. The role is primarily based in Pokuase, with some flexibility for remote work. Daily tasks will include overseeing operational processes, ensuring project deliverables are met, coordinating with team members, and managing client relationships. The team member will also contribute to sales-related activities and help maintain an efficient workflow to achieve organizational goals. Qualifications Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to assess and improve operational processes.Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.Experience in sales and Operations Management to drive organizational efficiency and growth.Project Management skills to ensure timely and successful execution of deliverables.Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and projects effectively.Flexibility to adapt to hybrid work settings and a commitment to maintaining high professional standards.Additional knowledge of the cleaning or facilities management industry is a plus.Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in operations, sales, or project management is preferred.Additional experience in driving with a valid drivers license.
