Job description: Collaborate closely with traders to understand and execute trades efficiently and cost-effectively.Operate independently while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.Understand market dynamics and underlying contracts; highlight any deviations or risks to the trading or operations management team.Monitor inventory levels, logistics, and shipping schedules to meet contractual loading and delivery commitments.Maintain accuracy in trade systems by updating data daily, understanding its impact on exposure, hedging, and cash management.Demonstrate strong organizational skills to ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.Possess solid knowledge of physical oil or gas liquids operations (LPG, Naphtha, Gasoline experience would be an advantage).Issue clear and timely operational instructions.Stay alert to market movements and proactively communicate relevant updates to the trading team.Contribute to value creation by optimizing operations and minimizing costs.Build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and counterparties to support trading activities.Escalate any operational issues or non-compliance to management promptly.Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of work experience in a 24/7/365 environmentExperience in an O&G Commodity Trading Company or O&G Shipping Company is preferred
