Drive the centralisation and transformation of procurement processes to deliver efficiency, complianceYour new company My client in the banking sector is seeking a dynamic professional to lead the centralisation and transformation of procurement processes across multiple entities in Singapore. Reporting to the CFO, this role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance, and delivering cost optimisation through innovative sourcing strategies and system enhancements. Your new rolePartner with the Group to implement sourcing activities tailored for Singapore entities, leveraging both manual and system-driven processes.Champion the transformation of procurement workflows, ensuring streamlined operations, effective communication, and comprehensive user training.Review and assess high-value or material purchases to align with strategic procurement objectives.Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and frameworks.Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders on procure-to-pay systems, including onboarding, enhancements, maintenance, and support.Support change management initiatives through documentation, communication, and training programs.Deliver insights and reporting on cost optimisation, responsible sourcing, and third-party risk management.Lead cross-functional initiatives to strengthen procurement governance and realise enterprise-wide value.What you'll need to succeedDegree or professional qualification in Business or a related field.At least 6 years of experience in procurement and cost management.Proven expertise in sourcing, procurement transformation, and cost optimisation.Project management experience is an advantage.Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to work under tight timelines.What you need to do now If you're keen on pursuing this exciting opportunity, please send a copy of your CV (word document) to belinder.kaur@hays.com.sg (Registration ID No. R1545727)EA Licence No.: 07C3924Company's Registration number: 200609504D
