ResponsibilitiesThe primary responsibility of the Operations Agent is to issue freight quotations and to organize and coordinate the transportation of assigned shipments while ensuring customer requirements are met.Main Duties And ResponsibilitiesProvide freight quotations to existing and potential partnersMake bookings with airlines and the Gateway centerProcess, manage, and distribute all required documentation related to transportationOrganize pickup and delivery of shipmentsHandle and manage claims and exceptionsIdentify supplier/subcontractor performance issues and propose improvement solutionsMonitor shipments and ensure smooth execution of deliveryRequirements1–3 years of experience in forwarding, logistics, or transport operationsIntermediate level of English (written and spoken)Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsCustomer-oriented mindsetStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to work independentlyAdvantagesEducational background in logistics (secondary or higher education)Experience in a multinational environmentFedEx Logistics provides freight forwarding, as well as import and export services that allow companies to reach markets throughout the world.
