Job Description

Perform production support which include Application onboarding and application matrix updates to in-house IAM tools within SLAPerform production support for HR Lifecycle and Roled Based management to in-house IAM tools within SLA. Support the preparations of data in preparations for production support and AuditsTrack issue raised by users and follow up until closure. Document and maintain operating proceduresDevelop scripts to automate work RequirementsWorking experience in production support roles in large enterprise IAM environmentScripting skills to develop scripts for automationStrong Microsoft Excel skills and experience requiredGood working knowledge of Access Management lifecycle and processBachelor's degree in computer science or equivalentExperience in banking or financial services institutions preferred
