We are at the forefront of options trading, utilizing advanced technology, sophisticated models, and a deep understanding of market dynamics to drive superior performance across all asset classes.Our desk is comprised of top-tier professionals with diverse backgrounds in trading, quantitative analysis, and risk management, all united by a shared passion for financial markets and a commitment to pushing the boundaries of what's possible.Our team of traders work in shifts to provide a 24hr service, 365 days a year to this vibrant and exciting market.ResponsibilitiesPrice and execute option tradesManage the risks in the portfolio, and ensure that it complies with limits imposed on itAble to engage with stakeholders to explain trade strategies and new productsGiven the nature of the market, to be amenable to working shiftsRequirementsHas an excellent understanding of options/derivatives tradingHas 2 - 7yrs of experience in derivative market making and risk takingExperience in Equity or FX would be an advantageProgramming experience will also be a plusThe ideal candidate will:Be an option market maker (preferably experiences in trading both OTC and exchange listed options) and business builderHave strong track record of delivering trading revenue via high touch vanilla and exotic option products.
