For more information, visit www.tcs.com and follow TCS news at @TCS_News.Job Description:Key Responsibilities:Design, configure, customize, and maintain Oracle BRM solutions to support billing, invoicing, and revenue management processes.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Oracle BRM.Develop and implement integrations between Oracle BRM and other systems, such as CRM, ERP, and billing platforms.Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to optimize the performance and functionality of Oracle BRM.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle BRM configuration, customization, and integration issues.Conduct testing and quality assurance of Oracle BRM solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.Create and maintain technical documentation, manuals, and training materials for end-users.Stay current with Oracle BRM updates, new features, and best practices to ensure the system is utilized effectively.Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures.Skills:In-depth knowledge of Oracle BRM architecture, configuration, modules, and functionalities.Proficiency in customizing Oracle BRM Pipeline, Pricing Center, Data Manager, and Customer Center.Strong expertise in Oracle BRM data model, data migration, and scripting languages like SQL, PL/SQL, and JavaScript.Experience with integrating Oracle BRM with external systems using SOAP, REST APIs, and XML technologies.Familiarity with telecom billing concepts, rating engines, billing cycles, and revenue recognition processes.Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Oracle BRM.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in troubleshooting issues and resolving defects.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.Proven experience in implementing Oracle BRM solutions in a telecommunications or related industry.Good to Have: Oracle BRM certification is a plus.Thank you for your interest in applying for this position with TCS.
