Job Title: Kitchen SupervisorLocation: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaEmployment Type: Full-timeJob Summary:The Kitchen Supervisor will oversee daily kitchen production, ensuring quality, hygiene, consistency, inventory control, and efficient output aligned with healthy food brand standards.Key Responsibilities:Supervise kitchen production: preparation, cooking, portioning, and packaging to ensure consistency and quality.Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff; allocate shifts effectively.Ensure compliance with HACCP, hygiene, and food safety standards.Monitor inventory, manage stock rotation (FIFO), and control waste.Support menu rollout: costing, portion sizes, and packaging coordination.Control food costs, labor costs, and minimize waste.Maintain kitchen cleanliness, equipment hygiene, and conduct regular audits.Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement SOPs to enhance productivity.Coordinate with purchasing, packaging, dispatch, and production planning teams.Ensure all meals meet brand nutritional and portion standards.Monitor hygiene audit scores and safety compliance.Ensure portion consistency and nutritional accuracy.Track staff performance, training hours, and turnover.Ensure successful and timely menu rollouts.Qualifications & Experience:3–5 years of experience in commercial kitchens or meal production.1–2 years of supervisory experience.Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.Experience in cost control, inventory management, and waste reduction.Strong leadership and organizational skills.Background in healthy food or nutrition is a plus.
