Oracle Financials Consultant

Job Title: Oracle Financials Consultant Experience: 3–4 Years Location: Onsite – Yanbu, KSA Language Requirement: Arabic Speaker Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Oracle Financials Consultant to join our team in Yanbu, KSA. The ideal candidate will have solid experience implementing and supporting Oracle Financial modules, with strong functional knowledge and the ability to work closely with finance stakeholders. Arabic fluency is essential for effective communication and onsite collaboration.Key Responsibilities:Implement, configure, and support Oracle Financial modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, and related areas).Gather, analyze, and document financial business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.Work closely with finance teams to resolve issues, optimize processes, and deliver system enhancements.Participate in end-to-end implementation cycles including design, testing, UAT, go-live, and hypercare.Conduct user training sessions, prepare documentation, and ensure system adoption.Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations with other modules (SCM, HR, Projects, etc.).Troubleshoot and resolve critical financial system issues in a timely manner.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls through system configurations.Required Qualifications & Skills:3–4 years of experience as an Oracle Financials Functional Consultant.Strong hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Fusion Financials.Functional expertise in core financial modules: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management.Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting cycles, and reporting.Ability to perform requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.Fluency in Arabic is mandatory; good English proficiency is preferred.Ability to work onsite full-time in Yanbu, KSA.Preferred Skills:Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.Experience working with large enterprises or public-sector projects.Knowledge of integrations with SCM, Projects, or HR modules.
