If you are, we would like to speak to you.The Order and Logistic Specialist is responsible for managing and over-seeing the order fulfilment and logistics processes for the Singapore entity (SAP and Oceania countries).This role encompasses timely and accurate order processing of customer orders, coordination of shipping and transportation and a smooth flow of goods across the supply chain.It serves as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders.This position is based in Singapore and reports to the Order & Logistics Manager in Singapore.What you’ll do here:Responsible for order management duties ranging from order entry/ rescheduling/ monitoring of open order statusLiaise with overseas counterparts on order and logistics related mattersServes as a contact point to external / internal stakeholders on order and logistics related mattersWork closely with overseas and local 3PLPs on inbound and outbounds activitiesCoordinate with warehouse and customers’ forwarders on shipment collections to ensure timelybilling of the ordersPreparation of shipping documents and ensure that documentation filing is in compliance to localaudit and legislative requirementsWork with forwarders to ensure that export documentation is timely provided upon shipmentdispatch from Singapore.Timely processing of quarterly stock rotation to ensure that cargo is promptly returned to SwedenVerify freight invoices from 3PLPsMaintain accurate records and generate reports for internal stakeholders.Participate in organizational plans to better support internal and external requirements for futureenhancement.Prepare miscellaneous reports as and when deem necessaryWho are we looking for/Who are you?Degree/ Diplomat holderWithin 3-5 years experiences in order processing, logistics and international tradeExperience in working in an international and dynamic environment with a customer-focus work cultureGood general supply chain knowledgeExperience of using ERP systemGood communication & customer service skillsWe'd love to hear that you have/are:Proficient in MS Office and IFS system (optional)Fluent in both English and Mandarin, both written and spokenReliable and conscientious with ability to work independently.Ability to multi-task with focus against prioritiesHigh levels of self-initiative and self-motivationGood organizational skills in terms of both verbally and in writtenWhat Axis Have To OfferAt Axis, you will be working within an international organization surrounded by enthusiastic people in an open-minded and innovative culture.
