In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing, packing, and shipping customer orders with precision and care—ensuring every package reflects our brand’s high standards.You’ll help manage inventory, organize incoming shipments, and collaborate with the team to meet daily fulfillment goals. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in presentation, enjoys hands-on work, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.ResponsibilitiesPrepare, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure a beautiful order experience.Receive and organize incoming shipments; restock inventory efficiently.Inspect all products and packaging for quality control before shipping.Manage packing materials, labels, and inventory storage systems.Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.Collaborate with the team to meet daily and seasonal fulfillment goals.Support special projects and new product launches as needed.QualificationsHighly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Takes pride in presentation and product quality.Physically capable of handling shipments and maintaining inventory organization.Brings a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset each day.Compensation & BenefitsHourly Base Pay: $20/hour (Part-Time), $22/hour (Full-Time)Job Type: Part Time or Full TimePerks:Employee discounts & free product samplesHealth insurance, 401(k), PTO (Full-Time Only)Pet-friendly, positive workspaceFree snacks & drinksFast growth & learning opportunitiesWork Location: Los Angeles, CA 90064 — In person
