Freelance Order Fulfillment Associate - Fine Art & Garment Printing At theprintspace, we don’t just print, we empower artists. For over 18 years, we’ve led the way in fine art and photographic printing, merging craftsmanship with cutting-edge technology to help artists sell and distribute their work globally. We’re expanding our Dusseldorf operation and building a network of freelance printmakers to join our expert team in the Dusseldorf studio. This flexible, hands-on opportunity suits experienced printmakers, artists, students, or creative production professionals looking for project-based work that complements their own artistic practice.The role : You’ll work across the full spectrum of fine art and garment printing supporting our studio team in producing world-class prints and DTG garments that meet theprintspace’s renowned standards.You’ll:Support fine art print production,finishing and quality control.Assist with DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing, including garment prep, print setup, and finishing.Handle prints and garments with care, ensuring colour accuracy and material integrityOperate large-format Epson printers and perform quality checks (training provided)Collaborate closely with our experienced print team to maintain consistency, craftsmanship, and excellence across all outputContribute to a positive, detail-focused studio environment during busy production periodsYou’re a Great Fit If You Have:Experience in fine art, photo printing, or garment production (DTG experience preferred)A meticulous, hands-on approach and an exceptional eye for colour and toneReliability, organisation, and the ability to follow established production processesA collaborative, adaptable mindset that thrives in fast-paced creative environmentsWhat you'll get :Flexible freelance work that fits around your creative practiceFull training in fine art and DTG print productionThe chance to work within a world-class printing environment and learn from leading industry professionalsA creative, inclusive, and supportive studio culture
