Details:Office location: IOS, CancunMonthly salary: 12,000 pesosFull-time position, HybridWere looking for a creative marketing talent (Junior) to lead our company's organic marketing efforts, manage our blog, and grow our LinkedIn presence.Responsibilities:Develop and execute the company's organic marketing strategyCreate and publish high-quality, original, and valuable content (no copy-paste from chatbots )Write posts, articles, and thought-leadership content in English onlyDesign visuals, images, and short videos for social mediaGrow and engage our audience on LinkedIn and other platformsAnalyze and improve content performanceTopics we focus on include:Drones, entrepreneurship, and investmentsTechnology adoption by micro-businesses in Latin America and the growing local startup ecosystemConstruction and renovation trends in the U.S.The impact of AI on customer service Chat AI, Voice AI, and beyondRequirements:Proven experience in organic marketing and social media content management (especially LinkedIn)Excellent English writing skills mustCreative, strategic, and self-driven mindsetFamiliarity with design and content tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.)Ability to work independently and take ownership
