The Organizational Change Manager (OCM) will drive change across the organization as part of the Modern Workplace and Business Digital Transformation program. This role focuses on helping people adapt to organizational and systems changes, ensuring smooth adoption of new technologies and processes. As part of the client’s PMO team—comprising both the client’s OCM team and customer representatives—the OCM Specialist will focus on the people side of change, including shifts in business processes, systems, and technologies, with particular emphasis on technology-related security awareness initiatives.This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to play a key role in implementing fast, effective, and sustainable change while ensuring new standards are met efficiently and successfully.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and implement change initiatives related to business processes, systems, and technologies, ensuring alignment with the client’s change management methodologies.Develop and execute strategies for stakeholder engagement, communication, leadership alignment, change readiness, training, and organizational transition.Promote adoption and proficiency of Microsoft 365 technologies, acting as a change ambassador across the organization.Oversee team execution in line with project plans and support resource planning and performance tracking.Define short- and long-term objectives, KPIs, and annual operational plans to measure success and sustain change.Collaborate with the client to assess company culture and develop effective change adoption plans.Provide coaching and support to managers and supervisors to help their teams navigate transitions.Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure enterprise-wide adoption of business transformation initiatives.Skills & RequirementsMinimum 6 years’ experience with Microsoft 365/Azure program or project deployments and a strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Behaviour, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.5+ years of experience designing and implementing organizational change management programs.5+ years of experience in project and resource management.Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
