This is an as-needed consulting role ideal for experienced professionals who can provide expert-level guidance when critical contracting needs arise.With access to powerful contract vehicles including GSA OASIS+, Seaport NxG, FAA eFAST, GSA MAS, and 8(a) STARS III, and deep capabilities in IT, Cybersecurity, Healthcare, Geospatial, and Environmental services, we are actively pursuing large GWAC opportunities and need immediate access to senior contracting expertise. Additional Materials can be emailed to info@essnova.comTHE ROLEWe require a highly experienced Contracts Manager to offer expert support for essential contracting tasks as needed. The ideal candidate should respond promptly when engaged and be adaptable to different lead times, from urgent, same-day requests to planned activities with several days' notice. Clear communication regarding availability and lead time requirements is crucial.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPrimary Focus Areas for GWAC and Large Contract Pursuits:• Intent to Team (ITT) Agreements: Draft and negotiate Intent to Team agreements for GWAC pursuits• Teaming Arrangements: Structure complex teaming agreements for various contract types• Prime/Subcontractor Agreements: Draft comprehensive subcontractor agreements with flow-downs• GWAC Proposal Support: Provide contractual expertise for OASIS+, Seaport NxG, and other GWACs• RFP Analysis & Compliance: Conduct thorough RFP reviews and develop compliance matrices• Service Contract Act Compliance: Ensure compliance with SCA and Davis-Bacon requirements• NDAs and PIAs: Fast-track confidentiality agreements for teaming discussionsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS• Minimum 10+ years of federal contracts management experience• GWAC Experience: Must have experience with at least 2 major GWACs• Current knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations and recent updates• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field• Experience with multiple contract types: T&M, FFP, CPFF, CPAF, IDIQ• Proven track record with Intent to Team agreements• Experience managing contracts valued at 0M+• Experience with both prime and subcontractor perspectivesTechnical Competencies:Expert-level understanding of federal acquisition lifecycleProficiency with contract management systems and toolsStrong negotiation and risk assessment capabilitiesExperience with Service Contract Act and Davis-Bacon Act complianceKnowledge of Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and DCAA audit requirementsFamiliarity with federal small business programs (8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB)Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree or JDProfessional certifications: CFCM, CCCM, CPCM, or NCMA certificationsActive Secret or TS/SCI clearanceExperience with the specific contract vehicles: OASIS+, Seaport NxG, 8(a) STARS IIIPrior experience supporting fast-growing 8(a) or small business federal contractorsExperience transitioning companies from small to large business statusWHAT HAPPENS NEXT:✓ Complete the mandatory questionnaire in full✓ Submit additional materials via email✓ Your application will be reviewed within 48-72 hours✓ If qualified, an Essnova recruiting team member will contact you✓ Selected candidates proceed to a brief virtual interviewEssnova Solutions, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
