At METLEN, we foster a culture of resilience, challenge, respect, excellence, and change, empowering our diverse workforce to achieve remarkable outcomes.We are currently looking for an Organizational Effectiveness Specialist to join our team in our offices at Marousi.As an Organizational Effectiveness Specialist, you will support the design and implementation of organizational structures, governance, and HR processes, while driving OE diagnostics, reporting, and job evaluation. Your role ensures organizational equity, continuous improvement, and alignment with global best practices.Your Role Will EncompassSupport the design & implementation of organizational design principles & governance on a global scale and industry best practicesImplement OE Health Check mechanism, run process & organizational design analysis, build on findings from OE HealthCheck diagnostic phaseDesign, consolidate and analyze HR reports, revealing and alerting management on all key trendsEnable organization structure improvements, implementation of change and transformationResponsible for implementing the methodology, principles and processes for job creation, job design, job grading, maintaining the job model of the organization to ensure internal equity is maintainedExecute the job evaluation process for the new positions and revaluationMaintain & update job family model & role profiles, incorporate new business activities & roles and design create also the requirements for this roleWhat You Bring To The RoleMinimum 3 years of experience in a similar roleEducational background ideally in Engineering, Science, or related fieldsStrong analytical skills, with proven ability to interpret data and provide actionable insightsAdvanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, reporting)Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies, organizational design frameworks, and HR processesExperience supporting change management and organizational transformation is a plusExcellent communication skills, able to present findings clearly to stakeholdersShare The Same Value Based BehaviorsPeople & Personal growth Results orientation & Safety excellence Collaboration & Trust Empathy & Effective communication Flexibility & Adaptability Your BenefitsCompetitive remuneration package Group Health Insurance Plan Follow us on LinkedIn and stay updated on our latest newsWe respect your personal data.
