Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site Senior Fit-out Project Engineer role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Senior Project Engineer will be responsible for project management, project engineering, project planning, and communication to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Project Planning and Execution: Developing comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, risk assessments, and resource allocation. Client and Stakeholder Management: Liaising with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Resource Management: Managing human resources, materials, and equipment effectively to optimize project performance. Quality and Compliance:
Ensuring all work adheres to design specifications, safety regulations, and local authority requirements. Cost and Budget Control: Monitoring project costs, managing variations, and ensuring timely payments to subcontractors and suppliers. Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions. Communication and Reporting: Providing regular progress reports, financial updates, and forecasts to stakeholders. Team Leadership: Leading and motivating project teams to ensure efficient and productive site execution. Contractor Management: Managing subcontractors, ensuring their work aligns with project requirements and standards. Post-Project Review: Conducting thorough reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
QualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelor degree in civil engineering, Electrical or MechanicalProficiency in relevant software like MS Project, AutoCAD, and Primavera P6Knowledge of local building regulations and safety standardsUAE driving license required 5- 10 years Fit-out experience in UAE is mandatory
