The role includes peri-operative nursing, assisting in surgeries and emergencies, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting patient counselling. The OT Nurse collaborates closely with the clinical team to uphold professional and patient-centred care in line with national and WHO guidelines.Qualifications And Experience At least three 3 years' experience including 1 year as OT Nurse, preferably in hospital or clinic. Diploma/BSC in Nursing from an accredited academic institution and recognized & registered by Bangladesh Nursing & Midwifery Council (BMDC) Registered and licensed to practice by the BNMC. Experience working in 24/7 health facilities, including supervising and mentoring other health staff. Experience in emergency response.
