Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef located in Sylhet. The Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef in planning and executing menus, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring food quality and consistency. The role includes preparing and cooking dishes, overseeing kitchen operations, maintaining kitchen equipment, and ensuring health and safety standards are upheld. Collaboration with team members and mentoring junior staff are essential parts of the role.
