Friendship is looking for Paramedic-OutreachJob Description / ResponsibilityResponsible For:Providing primary health care, limited curative care, Family Planning and SRHR related services at satellite clinic, ensuring increased access and availability of quality health care to the population in the remote places.Providing ANC and PNC services.Ensure access to emergency services, including a swift, affordable and effective referral system.Establish community-based health services network through FCM.Coordination with local government & non-government stakeholders including Health & Family planning service providers.Linkage and liaison with local Government Health and Family Planning AuthoritiesActivities:Conduct satellite clinics in the community as per plan.Prepare field level requisition (medicine and logistics)Maintain different type of registers (Patient register, Eligible Couple Register, Family Planning Register, Nutrition Register & ANC/PNC Register)Provide support in conducting effective district and local level advocacy meeting with different stakeholders to ensure engagement of government and others Health actorsCoordinate CSGs meeting (Community support group) To undertake any other assignment given by the Friendship ManagementMaintain various stock register including medicine and logistic stock.Participate in monthly satellite planning.Ensure clinical advise, diagnosis and patient history are taken through software.Educational RequirementsDiploma04 years Diploma in Medical Faculty from recognized Medical Assistant Training School (MATS)· Should have valid registration from BMDC.Skills Required: MS Office, Interpersonal Skill, Teamwork, Patient Care, Flexibility and AdaptabilityExperience RequirementsAt least 2 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):NGO, HospitalAdditional RequirementsAcceptability to the people or patients.Willingness and door-to-door visit in the community.Flexible, highly committed & motivated to work in remote locations, specially in riverine areas.Strong interpersonal skills.Good teamwork exposure.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) are other pre-requisites.Job LocationAnywhere in Bangladesh
