We are looking for talented professionals in marketing, operations, customer support, and other departments. The roles offered may be on-site, remote, or hybrid, in collaboration with our local partner.ResponsibilitiesDevelop relationships in the crypto OTC market with large institutions like Family Offices, Banks, Exchanges, Brokers, VC’s, Hedge Funds, Propriety Trading firms and Ultra-HNW individual clients.Work closely with clients on building customized trade strategies and manage execution of OTC trading orders (on/off ramp, block trading etc).Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless trade execution and settlement processes.Provide market insights, investment ideas, and tailored trading strategies to attract new clients and expand OTC trading business.Coordinate client onboarding with compliance team, quote and trade with client under company risk management policies.RequirementMinimum 2 years of experience in on/off ramp OTC trading either from a crypto exchange or an independent OTC desk;Proven track record in building and managing multicultural relationships with institutional and Ultra HNW individual clients;Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive trading environment.Fluent in EnglishNice to HavesUnderstanding of local and international trading regulations (e.g., MiCA, MAS guidelines, or SEC regulations).Knowledge of how markets function, including order types, trading venues, and execution strategies.Fluency in additional languages for interacting with diverse clients.Perks & BenefitsCompetitive total compensation packageVarious team-building programs and company eventsAnd many more!
