We are seeking a driven and dynamic sales guru to join our team. This position is ideal for a motivated individual with a passion for B2B and outbound sales, and a knack for building strong, lasting business relationships. The company is a fast-growing, future-tech driven organisation, with a drive to extend our footprint in the Africa and Middle East regions. The right candidate will have rapid growth opportunities, underlined with a strong commission structure and may require travel between regions. We are looking for a go-getter with a hunting sales background and track record, being comfortable with cold calling, lead generation, pipeline management and managing key account and strategic relationships within a B2B environment. Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Sales: Conduct proactive outbound sales activities, including cold calling, follow-ups, and targeted outreach to potential clients.Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound efforts, networking, and other sales techniques.Client Outreach: Engage potential clients, presenting our services and solutions in a compelling and professional manner.Key Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.Sales Process: Navigate the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, including proposal development and contract negotiations.Market Research: Conduct research to identify new markets, customer needs, and industry trends.Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales metrics, providing regular updates to management and suggesting improvements to the sales strategy.Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and consulting teams to align on strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to business development. QualificationsEducation: A degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred. Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to engage with clients at all levels, including senior executives.Proficient in outbound sales, cold calling, and lead generation.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attributes:Highly motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.Resilient and able to handle rejection and setbacks.Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required. ExperiencePrior experience in outbound sales, business development, or a similar role is preferred.Familiarity with the industries in which we operate is a plus.Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools is advantageous. BenefitsCompetitive salary and commission structure.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A vibrant and supportive work environment.Please send CV's to: admin@payrollproff.co.zaUnfortunately, if you do not hear from us within 3weeks, please consider your application unsuccessful.
