Job Description

Role In this role, you’ll own the top of the funnel: making outbound calls and emails to US‑based businesses and booking qualified sales meetings for our closer. Your day‑to‑day will be:Calling decision‑makers (operations, logistics, branch managers) at banks and professional firmsFollowing a proven script to introduce Fast Track and handle initial objectionsBooking audit calls directly onto the calendarThis is a performance‑driven, phone‑heavy role. If you enjoy high activity, clear targets, and getting rewarded for results, you’ll do well here.ResponsibilitiesMake high‑volume outbound touches (calls + emails) each day to a defined list of target accountsFollow a provided script to deliver the pitch and handle common objectionsBook qualified audit calls (appointments) for the closer and send calendar invitesKeep the CRM / tracking sheet up to date with accurate notes and stages throughout the dayDiligently follow up with warm prospects until they book, say “no,” or are disqualifiedHit daily and weekly activity and meeting targets and report numbers on timeResultsHit daily activity targets (e.g., 100+ outbound touches, 10+ pitches delivered)Consistently book qualified audit calls each weekMaintain a clean, accurate pipeline so the closer can step into calls with full contextUpdate daily stats by the agreed time in ESTCommunicate patterns from calls (common objections, questions, feedback)RequirementsB2/C1 English proficiency, clear and easy to understand on the phone1+ year experience in outbound / cold‑calling roles (SDR, BDR, telemarketing, etc.)Comfortable making 100+ outbound touches per day (calls + emails)Reliable high‑speed internet and a quiet place to make callsAble to work full‑time during US Eastern (EST) business hoursOrganized and disciplined in updating CRM / tracking sheets during the dayOpen to following a script and coaching, and improving based on feedbackOptional / nice to have:Experience with SalesforceExperience selling to US/Canadian B2B marketsCompensationBase salary: $1,500 USD per month$150 USD per qualified audit call that is booked and shows$500 USD per new customer that signs and completes their first paid deliveryOn‑target earnings (OTE) when hitting baseline targets: $2,500–$3,000 USD+ per monthNo cap on commissions
