This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in the exciting and rapidly evolving field of digital accessibility. As an Outreach Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in lead generation and relationship building within international markets. You'll play a vital role in supporting project success by identifying potential clients, assisting with initial outreach, and learning the fundamentals of international business development.(It is not an unpaid internship. It is a highly paid commission based role) About the RoleThe Outreach Intern will play a vital role in supporting our sales team and driving lead generation efforts for our accessibility services. This position offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and client relationship management within a dynamic and growing company. You will work closely with our experienced sales teams to execute the following key responsibilities:Lead Generation:Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients within our target industries. This includes analyzing industry trends, identifying key decision-makers, and understanding client needs.Outreach Campaign Development & Execution: Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns across multiple channels. This involves crafting compelling messaging, personalizing outreach efforts, and tracking campaign performance.Database Management: Build and maintain a comprehensive database of potential clients, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. This includes updating client information, tracking interactions, and segmenting leads for targeted campaigns.Sales Support:Sales Call & Demonstration Support: Schedule and participate in sales calls and product demonstrations, providing support to the sales team and contributing to successful client interactions. This may involve preparing materials, taking notes, and following up with clients.Sales Material Preparation: Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and other sales collateral. This includes creating visually appealing presentations, tailoring proposals to client needs, and ensuring all materials are accurate and up-to-date.Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform sales strategies. This includes analyzing competitor offerings, understanding market trends, and identifying potential areas for growth.Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, as needed. This may include scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing sales materials.Client Relationship Building:Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, fostering trust and rapport.Needs Assessment & Value Communication: Understand client needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of our accessibility services.
