Learn more about Inclusion & Diversity at PVH here.Position SummaryThe part-time position is to support day-to-day tasks for our operations in Vietnam such as payroll operations, tax reporting, HRIS and benefits program administrations.Expected number of workdays: 10 - 12 days per monthPrimary Responsibilities/AccountabilitiesAssist in prepare monthly payroll and tax informationAssist in verify monthly payroll and tax reports from external vendorAssist in prepare annual PIT information, review and verify annual tax filingValidate and process payroll and tax-related documentationResponsible for benefit programs enrollment, changes and termination for Vietnam Implement Total Rewards policies, procedures and forms as per SOP; Maintain associates’ data accuracy properly in Workday;Maintain associates’ and dependents data in all kinds of company plan Provide ah-hoc support on Total Rewards initiatives and projects as assigned (including arranging logistics support for onsite benefits events)Provide general support on Total Rewards matters at Vietnam office Provide Total Rewards administrative work upon request and if neededDECISION MAKINGWorks according to defined schedules and deadlines; takes direction well and able to work with high accountability; manages own work and tracks progress. Seeks out resources to get things done; able to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities. ENVIRONMENTAbility to work in fast-paced, multi-cultural and team-oriented settingCORE VALUEEmbrace PVH's core values: Individuality, Partnership, Passion, Integrity, and Accountability.Qualifications & ExperienceEducation & Experience: Degree holder in Human Resources or related discipline; Minimum of 2 years’ solid experience with C&B functionSkillsHands on experience in payroll operation and benefit administrationGood understanding of HR policies, procedures and practices, employment law legislative compliance and requirement Detail-minded with excellent numerical and analytical skills Good in Microsoft Office and particularly proficiency in Excel Fluent in Vietnamese and working proficiency in EnglishPlease note that the duties and responsibilities within this role may change over the course of employment, which will require flexibility.
