Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and operational acumen will be critical in this role.Roles + ResponsibilitiesDrive strategic business development, in collaboration with stakeholder groups, through analysis of territory and resource allocation: Industry diversity, customer makeup, and competitive opportunities.Provide accurate forecasting by utilizing all available resources and tools.Lead and mentor our Outside Sales Account Managers, set and achieve performance targets, utilizing all available resources and tools, including CRM, data analytics, and support resources.Develop and implement strategic sales plans by working with our representative partners, and other key stakeholders to set performance goals and achieve sales targets.Other responsibilities include account and territory strategic planning and monthly key activities reporting.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree preferred; plus at least 5 years related experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.Strong leadership and team management skills.Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven track record of managing a sales team or rep organization, achieving and exceeding financial targets.Direct sales experience within a comparable industry.Ability to travel up to 50%, primarily within the territory.Company InfoRust Automation & Controls is a family-owned business and possesses a fantastic culture, balancing work, and family.
