This is a strategic, high-impact role for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.You’ll introduce comprehensive offerings, including commercial kitchen cleaning, exhaust hood preventative maintenance, appliance cleaning, grocery store deep cleans, floor cleaning & sealing, power washing, and more—to potential clients and play a key role in helping the company expand its market share.Responsibilities:Solicit and promote services to develop new business.Perform job walks and estimatesIdentify prospective customers and promptly respond to all incoming warm leads.Schedule appointments with new and existing customers to review products and services.Make recommendations to Management regarding effective sales methods and techniques.Compensation & benefits:Base = $75- $85k (depending on experience)Commission = approx. $30k-$80kUncapped commissionsProjected 1st Year Earnings = $110k-$160kResidual commission paid on reoccurring services for 2 years every time the service reoccursHealth Benefits includes Dental and Vision401k5 paid vacation days annuallyCompany Paid HolidaysCompany car
