Overseas Factory Operation Manager

Job Description

Credo system products demanding grows fast and we are introducing more contract manufacturers from multiple regions of the world, need to manage these new factories and ensure their output on time, with good qualities, and continuous supply, to keep our supply chain safety. Duties & Reponsibilities:1. Be responsible for the daily production and operation management of the overseas factory, ensure the production plan is completed on time, shipping controlling as customer/headquarter request, with quality and quantity, and guarantee the production efficiency and product quality meet the standards.2. Establish and optimize the production management system of the overseas factory, formulate production processes, operating specifications and quality control standards, and promote the standardization of the production process.3. Coordinate the communication and connection between various departments in the factory (planning, quality, engineering, testing, procurement, logistics, etc.) and the headquarters, and timely synchronize the production progress, abnormal problems and solutions.4. Monitor production costs, including raw material consumption, labor costs, equipment maintenance costs, etc., put forward cost optimization plans and implement them.5. Support QE and PE to implement the regular factory auditing and improvement tracking. 6. Deal with emergent problems in the production process, such as equipment failure, quality abnormality, supply chain interruption, etc., formulate emergency plans and respond quickly.7. Ensure the compliant operation of the factory, and strictly abide by local labor laws and regulations, environmental protection requirements and the company's internal management regulations.8. Submit production and operation reports to the headquarters regularly, including production data, cost analysis, quality status and improvement plans.Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.2. More than 5 years of production management experience in the electronics industry for South Asia suppliers, with at least 2 years of overseas factory on-site management experience, familiar with the production process of electronic products (such as information, optical transceivers, telecom, consumer electronics, electronic components).3. Solid knowledge of production and operation management, proficient in production plan formulation, quality control, cost analysis and team management skills.4. Excellent cross-cultural communication and coordination skills, proficient in using English as the working language (fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing).5. Strong problem-solving ability, emergency handling ability and pressure resistance ability, able to adapt to long-term overseas on-site work.6. Familiar with local labor laws and regulations, environmental protection policies and relevant standards in the electronics industry (such as Southeast Asia) is preferred.7. Those with relevant professional certifications such as PMP and Six Sigma are preferred.8. Located in Singapore, could travel to Southeast Asia frequently, (such as twice a month or monthly). Familiar with the factories management located in China, Malaysia, Vietnam and Thailand.
