You’ll be working on a variety of employment law matters, especially cases that fall under our Access to Justice Scheme, which helps clients who might not qualify for traditional No Win No Fee representation.This is your opportunity to gain UK legal experience, use the latest in legal technology and AI, and contribute to meaningful change – all while working remotely.Key ResponsibilitiesHandling new client enquiries and assisting with eligibility assessmentsHelping to draft legal documents such as ‘without prejudice’ letters, schedules of loss, and employment tribunal claim forms, using AI and legal techCommunicating with clients and/or respondents under supervisionUsing AI and internal legal tech to manage workflows efficientlyParticipating in regular remote team meetings and legal trainingUndertaking some legal admin workSupporting UK solicitors with legal research, correspondence and negotiationsWhat We’re Looking ForPrevious experience as a lawyer, ideally employment lawPassionate about access to justice and employee rightsExperience in project work and an understanding of project processesSelf-employed status and ability to work full-time remotely, with excellent self-organisationDemonstrable tech-savviness, including use of AI tools, to improve efficiencyExcellent written English, spoken English and professional communication skillsPositive, diligent and reliable team playerA reliable, proactive and detail-oriented work ethicPay and StructureFull-time self-employed positionPay will be based on local market rates, depending on experience100% remote working, with remote onboarding and training providedSupportive and inclusive team culture, with regular virtual collaborationStrong performers may have future growth opportunities within the team
