We serve individuals, households, corporations, broadcasters, and the oil and gas sector with services such as high-speed broadband connectivity, IPTV, carrier services, internet exchange, and satellite solutions. Committed to innovation, we are currently developing an extensive Fiber-To-The-Home (FTTH) network. This initiative positions Iraq as one of the most fiber-connected countries in the region. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Owner based in Baghdad Governorate, Iraq. The Owner will oversee the company’s strategic direction, operations, and business growth. Responsibilities include decision-making in alignment with organizational vision, managing high-level tasks, supervising important projects, and ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day operations. The individual will also be responsible for evaluating market opportunities, fostering key partnerships, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Qualifications Leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skillsOperations management and project oversight experienceMarket analysis, business development, and partnership-building skillsStrong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilitiesUnderstanding of the telecommunications industry, especially fiber optic networks and ISP servicesProficiency in financial planning and budget managementFamiliarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance standardsRelevant experience in a senior management or executive roleBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
