The supervisor leads and supervises the Support team and provide work direction and oversight to staff employees and contractorsFacility Security support team key responsibilities;Manage all CCTVs, access control badge readers, Lenel OnGuard and network video recorder applications, thermal cameras and ground radarsPlan and implement facility security solutionsResponsibilitiesThe Facility Security Support supervisor is responsible for the following;Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for the multiple facility security locations and applications including Lenel Security Management System, Genetec, Gallagher, Traka, Vidsys, Visitor Management Systems, Bosch, etc.Provide hardware support and troubleshoot issues for multiple CCTV, badge reader, card mgmt. systems including Bosch, Lenel, Apex, etc.Involvement in all aspects of application and hardware support and project engagement activities including interfacing with clients, other company IT service providers, and the vendorsEngage with key interfaces and clientsParticipate in forecasting and basic budget management skillsQualificationsWhat makes you remarkable?
