Job Description

I am partnering with a leading DSA Construction Advisory firm on a retained and exclusive basis to assist with the appointment of three Construction Program Managers, to be based in their Los Angeles office.The main purpose of the Program Manager will be to assist school districts in California with the management of their bond construction program.You will act as the Owner's Authorized Representative making recommendations and decisions on funding, financial planning, Architect / Consultant / Contractor pre-qualification and selection - through to Construction Management.In return you will receive a base salary up to $180k + 401k + benefits.TO be considered for this position you must have experience of delivering DSA projects for Unified School Districts in California.
