Lead the full cycle of insurance product development—from market research and concept design to OIC filing and launch. 📝 Job Scope / Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle including conceptualization, design, pricing, and regulatory filing. Gather and analyze market trends to identify product opportunities and ensure competitiveness. Collaborate cross-functionally with actuarial, marketing, IT, underwriting, and compliance teams to ensure effective product launch. Develop and revise policy wording, terms and conditions, and benefits in compliance with OIC standards. Prepare and manage OIC filing documentation and liaise directly with regulators for approvals.
Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders including regulators and distribution partners. ✅ Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Insurance, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in product development, underwriting, or regulatory affairs within the insurance industry. Strong understanding of OIC regulatory frameworks and filing processes. Demonstrated success in launching health, accident, or life insurance products. Good command of English.
