Learn more at www.pacdora.com.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Woodlands for a Packaging Designer. This is a full-time role responsible for designing packaging templates for the Pacdora platform. You will deliver creative designs and production files, and also support translation review and localization QA for Pacdora’s Japanese site.Your day-to-day work will include analyzing trends in the Japanese packaging industry, using AI tools to create packaging design templates, and tracking the usage and performance of those templates.You will also review and refine copy for newly launched Japanese pages to ensure translation accuracy, tone, and overall quality.QualificationsProficiency in Packaging Design, Product Design, and creating dielines for various packaging formatsNative-level Japanese proficiency, and able to communicate with other team members in English.Experience designing more than 10 packaging design cases for Japanese clients.Strong curiosity and initiative in exploring AI-powered design, with a high standard for aesthetics and creative quality.Strong skills in Branding and Graphic Design to produce cohesive and impactful visual representations of productsExperience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage design projects effectivelyBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or a related field is preferredExperience with 3D rendering software or tools is a plus
