Job Title: Performance Marketer (International Campaigns)Location: NASTP 2, Karachi (On-site) Department: MarketingTimings: 8 PM - 5 AMRole Overview: As our Performance Marketer, you will manage PPC and Meta ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram) focused on lead generation and client acquisition in the US and international markets. You’ll be responsible for optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI, ensuring high-quality lead flow, and targeting diverse audiences across different regions.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage international PPC and Meta campaigns, targeting US-based clients and global markets.Collaborate with sales to ensure that leads are high-quality and convert effectively.Continuously optimize campaigns for performance across different markets and regions.Track, analyze, and report on key metrics (CPL, CPC, CTR, CPA), adjusting strategies accordingly.Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve performance.Key Skills & Requirements:4+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on international campaigns targeting the US market.Strong expertise in managing PPC & Meta campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram) across global regions.Proven ability to generate high-quality leads and drive conversions in diverse international markets.Proficient in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, reporting tools) to track and optimize campaign performance.Experience managing large budgets and delivering measurable results across multiple regions.Familiarity with e-commerce automation or SaaS industries is a plus.
