Paid Media Executive £25k+ (incl. Private Healthcare) - Hybrid Role (Central London) Effective Media is a dynamic digital agency specialising in content-led campaigns for both brand and performance marketing. We are seeking a skilled and analytical Paid Media Executive to join our team. This hybrid role provides flexibility (min 2 days per week in our Central London office) with a starting £25k salary package and additional benefits, including private healthcare. What You’ll Do Set up, edit and QC creative assets, including short and long-form copy and images, for leading agencies and brandsManage media buying, reporting, and optimisation across digital channelsLiaise with finance to ensure correct billing for both clients and projectsAnalyse campaign data to optimise performance and achieve targetsAddress challenges independently: identify issues, question anomalies, and implement solutionsProactively seek better ways to execute campaigns, beyond simply following what we’ve always done What We’re Looking For Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from dataProficiency with marketing technology and the ability to adapt quickly to new tools and platformsProactive approach to problem-solving, with the capacity to work autonomously when requiredCompetence with AI models to enhance reporting, testing, and operational efficiencyA confident, creative communicator with sharp writing skills, able to turn complex ideas into clear, engaging messages that land with the right audienceAdditional benefits include private healthcare, hybrid working, and opportunities for professional development in a supportive environment.
