When you live with intention, you contribute to a larger movement of positivity and well-being.Join us in building a global community that practices mindfulness and helps people live healthier, more balanced lives — one intentional step at a time.About the RoleWe’re looking for a Paid User Acquisition Lead to take ownership of Glo’s performance marketing strategy and execution across paid channels.Your main focus will be on search (Google, Apple Search Ads, Bing) and social/growth platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. You’ll play a key role in driving trials and subscriptions for Glo’s digital yoga and wellness platform by improving campaign efficiency, managing budgets, and ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.This position is ideal for someone who is both strategic and hands-on, data-driven but also creative, and who thrives in an environment where performance and growth are top priorities.What You’ll Do1. Channel Strategy & ExecutionPlan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google, Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid channels.Manage campaigns for both Web and iOS platforms, focusing on performance and scalability.2. Performance ManagementDrive trial sign-ups and subscription growth while improving CAC and ROAS.Continuously review campaign data and adjust strategies to reach KPIs efficiently.3. A/B Testing & OptimizationRun experiments on ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.Analyze performance, report key learnings, and scale successful campaigns.4. Tracking & AttributionWork with the Analytics and Engineering teams to ensure data accuracy and clean tracking.Manage tracking tools like GA4, Adjust (or other MMPs), and Looker dashboards for full visibility into campaign performance.5. Creative CollaborationPartner with designers and marketing stakeholders to develop strong ad creatives.Ensure all creatives match the right audience, message, and channel.6. Cross-functional AlignmentCollaborate with Product, Lifecycle, and Analytics teams to align paid acquisition with overall growth and retention goals.Support the full customer journey from first impression to paid subscription.7. Innovation & Trend AwarenessStay updated on new ad formats, targeting capabilities, and emerging acquisition channels.Test new ideas and share insights across the marketing team.What We’re Looking For10+ years of experience managing paid acquisition and SEM campaigns.Proven success scaling both Web and iOS acquisition campaigns.Deep expertise in Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and Meta, with strong understanding of audience segmentation and optimization strategies.Hands-on experience with tools such as GA4, AppsFlyer/Adjust, Looker, and server-side event tracking.Experience managing large budgets ($100K+ per month) and optimizing for performance metrics like CAC, ROAS, and trial conversions.Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with data and dashboards.Good communication and teamwork skills, especially when working with creative, engineering, and analytics partners.Passion for digital health, wellness, yoga, or fitness is a plus.A growth mindset — adaptable, curious, and always learning from results.What Success Looks LikeContinuous improvement in CAC and trial volume each quarter.Clear tracking, attribution, and transparent reporting systems in place.Regular experimentation — testing and learning built into weekly operations.Strong integration between paid acquisition, product, lifecycle, and brand efforts.Our CultureAt Glo, we’re a small, mission-driven team that values collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
