Come join us for an extraordinary career in a high growth, team-oriented company!The Gig…As a Painter, you will paint equipment and parts while maintaining the cleanliness of all painting equipment.What You'll Do…Paint all equipment and parts as requiredPrepare, clean, and maintain all painting equipment, including paint boothRecord and report work order information and production times as requiredAssist in moving parts and equipment in and out of paint boothCoordinates and may perform paint mixing and preparation duties as requiredResponsible for quality of job functions. To include remaining alert for unsatisfactory quality of equipment and parts received in their assigned work areaRequired to discontinue work process and immediately notify supervision of all defects in qualityRequired to keep working area clean and orderly at all timesResponsible for leaving equipment and materials in proper place and order at the end of shiftComply with all applicable OSHA, EPA, local regulatory laws, and company safety policiesManagement retains the discretion to add or change the duties of this position at any timePhysical RequirementsAbility to lift light to medium weight up to 50 lbs.May sit and stand for prolonged periods of timeMay stoop, bend, reach, walk; perform repetitive motions using hands to grasp, push, pull or do fine manipulationsWhat You Need…High school diploma or equivalentAbility to work assigned hours plus overtime as neededThis is a PM position (2nd Shift)Grow your career supported by an energized and passionate team, professional development, training, flexibility and opportunities for advancement.
