Position OverviewWe are seeking a Training & Culture Specialist to design and deliver impactful training programs while fostering a strong organizational culture.
This role combines learning & development responsibilities with culture-building initiatives, ensuring employees have the tools, skills, and environment needed to thrive. The ideal candidate will bring strong facilitation skills, creativity in training design, and a passion for cultivating an engaging workplace culture.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deliver training programs (classroom, virtual, and blended formats)Create engaging training materials, manuals, e-learning modules, and other resourcesConduct training needs assessments with managers to identify and address skill gapsEvaluate training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvementsSupport onboarding by delivering induction and orientation sessions for new hiresPartner with HR and leadership to strengthen organizational culture and promote employee engagementLead and coordinate culture-building campaigns, employee activities, and engagement programsAct as a culture ambassador, ensuring alignment with PalmPay’s mission, vision, and valuesRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field3–5 years of experience in training, learning & development, or organizational developmentProven experience in training content design and facilitationExcellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skillsCreative mindset with the ability to design engaging, interactive training contentPassionate about employee engagement and building a strong workplace cultureAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salaryFestival bonuses and mobile/internet allowanceOpportunity to shape the training and cultural framework of a multinational fintechPowered by JazzHRiMaK2MIfao
