With our own private factory, we guarantee superior product quality, timely delivery, and competitive pricing.We’re seeking passionate individuals to join our dynamic team as we continue to grow and strengthen our brands in the beauty industry.Position: Panel & Product Insight SpecialistWork Location: TangerangJob Requirements:Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Consumer Research, Statistics, Food/Cosmetic Science, or a related field3–5 years of experience in Consumer Insights, Sensory Research, or Market Research (preferably in Cosmetics, Skincare, or FMCG industry)Strong analytical and storytelling skills with dataSolid understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodsPassionate about cosmetic/skincare products and market trendsProactive, independent, and comfortable conducting field researchJob Responsibilities:Lead Consumer Panels: Plan and execute product usage tests and sensory panels, including logistics, scheduling, and participant recruitmentEnsure Data Quality: Oversee data collection from panels to ensure accuracy and reliability in both qualitative and quantitative resultsMarket Observation: Conduct field market visits to observe shopper behavior, competitor activities, and emerging trendsCompetitive Benchmarking: Gather and compare product data against key competitors to identify gaps and opportunitiesInsight Analysis: Analyze raw research data to uncover consumer pain points and product preferencesInsight Communication: Translate findings into actionable recommendations for Product Development teams and present reports to stakeholdersWhy Join Eka Jaya Group?At Eka Jaya Group, we empower our team members to grow and succeed.
