Paralegal

We are recruiting an experienced Paralegal on behalf of our Oil & Gas client in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will support the legal team across corporate governance, compliance, and documentation matters. The ideal candidate brings experience from both private practice and in-house environments, with exposure to international corporate structures and regulated sectors such as energy, infrastructure, construction, or EPCI.Key Responsibilities:• Prepare, maintain, and organize corporate governance documents across multiple jurisdictions• Support compliance and regulatory processes, including tracking obligations and managing filings• Maintain statutory registers, corporate records, and legal databases• Draft, review, and format legal documents, contracts, resolutions, and correspondence• Conduct legal research and prepare briefing materials for legal counsel• Coordinate execution, notarization, legalization, and submission of documents• Liaise with internal stakeholders, external counsel, corporate service providers, and authorities• Assist with due diligence, regulatory responses, and compliance checksQualifications & Experience• LLB or LLM or equivalent from a common law jurisdiction• Paralegal certification (e.g., NALP, ILEX, or local equivalent) is advantageous• Minimum 5 years of experience in legal support roles within both private practice and in-house environments• Experience with international corporate structures, ideally within the Oil & Gas, energy, infrastructure, construction, or EPCI sectors• Proven ability to manage governance and compliance documentation across multiple jurisdictions
