We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Operations Executive to support the day-to-day HR functions and processes. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in Human Resources, with exposure to HR administration, employee lifecycle management, and HR systems. Key Responsibilities: Assist in maintaining and updating employee records in the HR database. Support onboarding processes, including document collection, induction scheduling, and issuing offer letters. Help coordinate offboarding activities such as exit interviews, clearance forms, and final settlements. Prepare basic HR reports and trackers (attendance, leave records, contract renewals, etc. ).
Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying attendance, overtime, and leave data. Coordinate with internal teams for employee engagement activities and HR events. Respond to employee queries on HR policies and processes in a timely manner. Assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies. Help in preparing HR letters, memos, and communications. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 0–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (fresh graduates welcome). Basic understanding of HR processes and employment laws in UAE. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
