To find out more visit www.lenovo.com, and read about the latest news via our StoryHub.Our Global Sustainability Services Circular Economy Team is looking for a passionate member for newly created role of Part Number Enablement Specialist, to own part number creation process for our newly created refurbishment business.As part of our global Lenovo Certified Refurbished brand team, you will report to our Certified Refurbished Global Lead.Your Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and manage global part number (PN) creation requests using standardized request templates.Validate incoming requests to ensure all required data is complete and accurate.Follow up with requestors to resolve data gaps, inconsistencies, or discrepancies.Collect and verify additional information from Lenovo IT systems and internal reports.Consolidate all required data into the correct format for upload into Lenovo IT systems.Create new (including refurbished) part numbers by uploading validated data and maintaining related product attributes.Communicate newly created part numbers to requestors and update case statuses accordingly.Execute PN creation within defined KPIs (especially lead time), while contributing to process improvement and supporting additional business needs as required.RequirementsExperience in similar role such as product enablement, order validation, service or supply chain operations, business administration or similar areaExcellent admin skills such as reliability, sense for detail, information capturing, sharing and documentation storage managementExperience will Lenovo IT systems especially Windchill, Lois, ECC, Pricing tools and other systems is a strong advantageVerbal and written communication skills in English languageMS office (Word , PowerPoint, Excel) skillsStrong ability to work collaboratively within internal and external teamsInterest in sustainability and circular economy will help to fuel the passion for the roleLanguage: English B2 Upper intermediateWhat We Can Offer YouOpportunities for career development growthPerformance based rewardsHybrid working model (homeoffice/office)3 sick days per yearAdditional vacation days100% sick leave compensation up to 2 months per yearA broad selection of soft / hard skills trainings and individual mentoringEmployer contribution to the Third Pillar Pension SystemLife life events insurance, fully covered by companyBase gross monthly salary from 1 850EUR, depending on experience + variable part % of your annual earnings.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
