Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects from start to finish. Excellent technical knowledge related to automotive parts (especially Damp and Baffle solutions). Familiarity with plastic injection molding and extrusion process tooling and part design is requiredStrong problem-solving abilities and technical acumen, especially in managing the development of automotive components. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to work with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a small team, ensuring high performance and alignment with company objectives. Have strong sense of responsibility to meet the due date and end result.
