We are expanding our team and looking for an organised and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrator to support our office operations.About the Role:The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage a variety of administrative tasks. You will play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly, assisting with marketing and recruitment, and supporting the wider team.Key Responsibilities:General office administration, filing, and record keepingPreparing and maintaining paperwork and documentationProducing newsletters and internal communicationsAssisting with marketing activities, such as social media updates and promotional materialsSupporting recruitment tasks, helping processing applicationsAnswering phone calls and handling email correspondenceProviding general support to the management teamRequirements:Previous administration experience (ideally within care or similar sectors)Excellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong written and verbal communication skillsGood IT skills, including Microsoft Office and email managementAbility to multitask and work independentlyFriendly, professional, and team-oriented attitudeBenefits:Flexible working hours (15 hours across 3 days)Supportive and welcoming teamOpportunity to grow within a caring and expanding organisation
