Part-Time Project Manager

GoodsMart is hiring for a part-time role, perfect for university students who are looking to gain hands-on experience in activations and partnerships while managing their studies!What You’ll Do:-Supervise all on-ground activations and events to make sure they’re well-organized and on-brand.-Do field visits to explore new compounds and areas for customer acquisition opportunities.-Manage ushers during activations — training, schedules, and ensuring they represent GoodsMart the right way.-Build and manage partnerships with compounds, developers, and local communities.-Handle all on-ground logistics and make sure everything runs smoothly during campaigns.-Work closely with the marketing and BD teams to ensure activations achieve their goals.-Collect feedback and share insights to improve future activities.What We’re Looking For:-Someone with 1–3 years of experience in events, activations, or ushering.-A person who’s confident, outgoing, and great at negotiation.-Has a car and is comfortable moving between locations.-Hands-on, proactive, and enjoys working on the ground.-Strong communication and organization skills.-Any ushering or event management background is a big plus.
