We work with brands, producers, production companies, and creators to transform ideas and content into globally recognized intellectual property.About the RoleWe’re looking for a part-time Social Media Manager to manage and grow brand presence across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, while collaborating with our in-house YouTube, design, and video teams to ensure a consistent and engaging brand voice across all platforms. This is a hands-on role; the ideal candidate will not only plan and manage but also create content when needed.ResponsibilitiesManage and grow brand and client accounts on TikTok, Instagram, and FacebookCollaborate with in-house graphic designers and video editors to develop and produce engaging, platform-ready contentCreate short-form videos, posts, and stories using native tools or simple editing appsDevelop content calendars and posting schedules for multiple brandsWork closely with the YouTube team to maintain voice and tone alignment across channelsEngage communities, respond to comments, and encourage audience participationTrack analytics, measure performance, and report insights for optimizationStay up to date on kids’ entertainment, toy industry, and social media trendsRequirementsProven experience managing social media for brands (kids, toys, or family-focused preferred)Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook best practices and trendsHands-on content creation skills (Reels, TikToks, Canva, CapCut, etc.)Excellent writing and communication skillsHighly organized, creative, and proactiveBonus PointsExperience collaborating within creative or production environmentsFamiliarity with influencer marketing or UGC campaignsUnderstanding of family audience guidelines and COPPA complianceHours & CompensationPart-time (approx. 15-20 hours/week)Flexible scheduleCompensation based on experience
